Test Valley's motorists will have 10 road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
And three of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing waits of between 10 minutes and half an hour.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that seven closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:
• M27, from 9pm October 11 2018 to 6am April 14 2022, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M27 eastbound, junction 5, slip road closures for M27 Smart Motorways, diversion via Highways England network.
• M27, from 8pm February 7 to 6am April 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M27 westbound, junction 4, slip road and lane closures for M27 Smart Motorways, diversion route via Highways England network.
• M27, from 8pm October 17 2019 to 6am May 12 2022, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M27 westbound, junction 5 to junction 4, carriageway closure for M27 Smart Motorways, diversion via local authority network.
• M27, from 9pm October 22 2018 to 6am May 23 2022, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M27 westbound, junction 5, slip road closure for M27 Smart Motorways, diversion via Highways England network.
• M3, from 6am March 26 to 6am May 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 southbound to M27 eastbound, Lane closures for M27 Smart Motorways.
• M3, from 9pm October 10 2018 to 6am May 23 2022, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 southbound to M27 eastbound, link road and lane closures for M27 Smart Motorways, diversion via Highways England network.
And a further four closures will begin over the next seven days:
• A303, from 8pm April 6 to 6am April 7, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 eastbound and westbound, Thruxton Village to Parkhouse, Lane closures for barrier repairs.
• A303, from 8pm April 8 to 6am April 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A34 northbound, Kingsworthy to Three Maids Hill, carriageway closure for the vegetation work, diversion via National Highways and local authority network.
• A303, from 8pm April 11 to 2.12pm May 7, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 eastbound and westbound, Picket Twenty, Lane closure on the exit slips for local authority works.
• A36, from 9pm April 11 to 6am April 13, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A36 northbound and southbound, Whiteparish to Ower closed for drainage works. Diversion via A3090, A27 and vice versa.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
