A HOUSING company has appointed a new sales executive for its upcoming development in Ludgershall.
Developer Lovell Homes has appointed sales executive Tanya Phelps, in readiness to launch its upcoming Drummond Park development in Ludgershall.
Wiltshire-born Tanya joins Lovell with seven years of sales experience within the housebuilding industry.
Tanya’s role will involve guiding buyers though their entire homebuying journey, from their initial enquiry to collecting the keys to their brand-new Lovell home.
Tanya said: “A typical day in my role consists of contacting customers and building relationships. My goal at Lovell is to be the best at my job that I can be, and potentially climb the ladder through sales.
“Lovell is a great employer – the people and the principles of the business are what attracted me to the role most. I decided to join the company after Matt Hackett, the assistant site manager at Drummond Park, recommend it to me, and it’s been the best decision I’ve made!”

Julie Bowen, regional sales director at Lovell, said: “It’s been a pleasure to welcome Tanya to the team. She is a great addition and brings with her lots of valuable experience and expertise. We’re looking forward to seeing her succeed at her role.
“Drummond Park is our brand-new development in Wiltshire, and we cannot wait to officially open at the end of April to property seekers. So far, we have an incredible 600 people registered on our database, so we’d encourage anyone who is interested to make sure they register today to receive the latest updates.”
Drummond Park will consist of a stunning collection of 309 two, three and four-bedroom homes for open market sale. The showhomes are due to open for property seekers to tour in late summer, and the first completions are due in autumn.
Alongside the new homes, Drummond Park will feature community parkland to the north of the site, which will include a wildflower meadow, walkway and seating areas. Lovell Homes is also providing an equipped children’s play area and numerous pocket parks, with landscaping around the existing mature trees.
