A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a woman accused of begging on River Way in Andover.
On February 16, Lisa Roy, of no fixed abode, was allegedly caught begging in a public place, contrary to section 3 of the Vagrancy Act 1824.
The 37-year-old was due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Thursday morning (April 14).
However, she did not attend and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
