A FOUR-day Easter weekend is upon us and many will be wanting a tasty meal on Easter Sunday or a drink with friends.
The temperature is set to rise over the Easter period with highs of 20 degrees and lows of 15 degrees on Monday.
There are plenty of great pubs with equally great beer gardens to go to in Andover for the occasion but these are only the best.
The Old Bell and Crown

The 16th Century village cottage is the home of a 4.5 star review pub inside.
The pub has also been reported to have a great atmosphere.
A customer said: "The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were friendly, will definitely return even when my kitchen’s finished.”
In agreement another reviewer said the "atmosphere was ambient".
The Clatford Arms
Where: Goodworth Clatford, SP11 7RN
The pub is located in Goodworth Clatford is situated outside of Andover and a 12 minute journey from the town centre.
It is also rated highly on TripAdvisor as being a 4.5 star rating.
The scotch eggs are to die for apparently according to reviews.
One person said: "We had Scotch eggs and they were absolutely delicious alongside our main."
The Fox Inn
Where: Hungerford Lane, Tangley, SP11 0RU
Located in Tangley, the pub holds a great reputation of 4.5 stars.
A Tripadvisor reviewer said: “It’s a hidden gem, it certainly exceeded our expectations.”
Its quality Thai food is also above and beyond all expectations. One reviewer said: “All the food was really tasty including fabulous quality Thai food and top service.”
George and Dragon
Where: The Square, Hurstbourne Tarrant, SP11 0AA
George and the Dragon sounds scary but is far from it as it has been rated 4.5.
If you love cheese souffle and are a potato lover too, then this is the place for you.
One reviewer said: “A really lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Especially the cheese souffle and potatoes."
The Folly
Where: Charlton Rd, Andover, SP10 3JJ
The Folly is a must go to according to reviewers with it’s 4.5 star standing.
Don’t worry if you have any allergies-this pub accommodates them all with their Special Diets menu where they provide vegan and gluten free options to meals.
If you're of the impatient kind then this pub will attend to your needs within minutes, which one customer was pleased with.
