AN ANDOVER-BASED courier transport firm has been fined more than £3,000 for allowing a man to drive a large truck without relevant insurance.
In June 1 2021, Flash Transport Ltd, based in Aster Court, allowed Simon Green to drive a DAF tractor unit at Chantacre Business Park in Winchester without relevant insurance.
At Aldershot Magistrates Court on Monday (April 25 2022), the company was handed a fine of £3,750.
They must also pay a surcharge of £190 and costs of £110.
