IT IS a lovely sight to see and now nearly four hectares of apples trees in full bloom have been captured on camera.
At the Waitrose Farm, in Leckford, near Stockbridge, blossom fills 3.8 hectares of Jazz apple orchards, which were planted to celebrate the farm's 90th anniversary. It will yield over 100 tonnes of the delicious British fruit.
These trees, which require a license to grow, will be harvested in late October and destined solely for Waitrose stores.
Originating in the beautiful orchards of New Zealand, Jazz apples are now grown across the globe to ensure year-round supply worldwide, grown by specially selected growers under license from ENZA.
