People watched in awe as a Hurricane soared through Hampshire's sky this afternoon.
Hundreds of people were able to catch a glimpse of the Spitfire as part of a Battle of Britain flight that visited the city.
The flypast was organised by The Veterans Charity to mark VE Day today.
The plane did two laps around the docks before heading back north at around 1.15pm this afternoon.
The RAF Battle of Britain headed from Buckinghamshire to Southampton Docks and passed Farnham, Basingstoke, Hook, Winchester, and Eastleigh on the way.
The flight arrived at the docks and amazed crowds and they flew overhead before heading out of the county and back to Suffolk.
