A VAN driver from Andover has been forced to pay more than £200 after he was caught speeding along an A-road in Devon.
On August 17 2021, James Anthony Catt, of Lynwood Drive, Andover, was driving a Ford Transit van on the A38 between Wrangaton and Bittaford in Devon at more than 60mph.
At Bodmin Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 3, the 29-year-old was handed a £146 fine.
He must also pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 and his driving record was endorsed with three penalty points.
