A WHITCHURCH man has been fined after failing to comply with a drugs test in the town earlier this month.
On May 1 2022, Max Fuoco, of Newbury Street, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a drug wipe in Whitchurch.
The 32-year-old initially pleaded not guilty, but changed his plea to guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on May 17.
He was handed a £108 fine and his driving record was endorsed with four penalty points.
Fuoco must also pay costs of £40 and a £34 surcharge.
