AN ANDOVER man has avoided an immediate prison sentence after possessing cannabis resin with intent to supply.
Ashley Marshall, of Acre Court, was found with the Class B controlled drug on July 9 2021.
The 27-year-old was sentenced at Winchester Crown Court on Friday, June 24.
He was handed an 18-month custodial sentence, suspended for two years.
