A TEST Valley MP has pledged her allegiance to a candidate in the Conservative party leadership contest.
Caroline Nokes, who represents Romsey and Southampton North which includes areas of Test Valley such as Barton Stacey, was one of the first MPs to submit a letter of no confidence in Boris Johnson's leadership.
When the Advertiser asked Ms Nokes who she would be supporting, she said: “I was impressed with Penny Mordaunt's campaign launch yesterday and she has the momentum behind her campaign. So I have publicly backed her today.”
