AN ANDOVER driver has been disqualified after failing to provide a breath test.
On June 18, in Amesbury, Muhammed Kalathingal, of Launcelot Close, was suspected of having committed a driving offence and asked to provide a breath sample, but failed to do so "without reasonable excuse".
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty at South East Wiltshire Magistrates' Court on Friday, July 8, and was handed a 17-month disqualifiction.
He must also complete 60 hours of unpaid work, and pay costs of £85 and a £114 surcharge.
