ANDOVER fire station is inviting residents along for an open day at the weekend.
On Sunday, July 31, residents can enjoy games, demonstrations, music, food, a raffle, and more.
There will be the opportunity to dress up as a firefighter, as well as sit in a real fire engine.
Castledown FM, a community radio station based at The Wellington Academy in Tidworth, will be on site throughout the event to provide music.
The crew will also be announcing the winners of their drawing competition, which has seen young people from the town contribute artwork for the station doors.
The event is being held in aid of charity, with all proceeds split between The Firefighters Charity - which supports specialist services for members of the firefighting community - as well as a local cause yet to be announced.
The event will run from 10am to 4pm at the fire station on London Street.
