A MEMBER of Andover Advertiser Camera Club has shared some of the most amazing images from his astrophotography.
The photos shared by Chris Haynes has amused most of the group's members.
He first shared a photo of the east and west veil nebula in the constellation of cignus. Chris added that what we see in the photo is 1,470,000 light years from earth.
He captured the image from his garden in Andover using a Nikon d7500 camera with iso800 speed. He also used a Stella Mira 80 Ed telescope for the nebula photo.
The photographer said the western veil is also called the witches broom or god's finger.
He posted the other photos as comments underneath this image.
Chris said in the comments that astrophotography is a very deep rabbit hole.
He added: “Always looking for something better to image with. Some nights I get nothing but rewarding when I get a good picture.”
It is free and easy to join the camera club. Simply search Andover Advertiser Camera Club on Facebook and click to join.
The theme for the group for August is black-and-white photos.
