A CELEBRATIONS store in Andover is celebrating as it relocates to the town’s shopping centre.
Home to Andover Balloon Design and Andover Teddy Garden, Celebration Cube has relocated from its previous home at a first-floor premises on Andover High Street to a unit in the Chantry Centre, and will open six days a week, offering a variety of gifts, decorations and activities.
Visitors will be able to buy bespoke event balloon décor, ranging from number stacks and balloon bouquets to pop balloons which can be personalised on request.
The shop will also house the Teddy Garden, which launched in February 2021.
The garden allows the young and young at heart to enjoy a Create a Teddy experience. Each experience will involve choosing either an 8inch or 16inch bear, filling it and naming it and there will also be the chance for participants to choose an outfit for their new cuddly companion before taking it home.
The teddy experience is open for party or group bookings, offering something a little different for children to enjoy in the centre.

Shop owners Mike and Mel Hall, said: "We are so pleased to have been given the opportunity to take a shop in the Chantry Centre, as it is so much more accessible than our previous location, and we are hoping to be delivering smiles with both our create a bear experience and balloons alike.
“Please pop in and see what we have to offer. We always have a colouring sheet and pencils available for children to enjoy."
Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, Cllr Phil North, said: “It’s great to see Celebration Cube moving to a new unit in the centre, the space should help to accommodate all of their different services and activities.
“We’ve seen a really nice mix of new shops opening in recent months, bringing a variety of products and services to the Chantry Centre. I wish the team at Celebration Cube all the best at their new location.”
The shop was opened by ward councillor Iris Andersen, who said: "I congratulate the balloon shop, it is great for another business to open up in the Chantry Centre
"Mel is so great at doing creative things with balloons, from archways for parties, to making different animals from the balloons!"
Test Valley Borough Council has ambitious plans for the future of the Chantry Centre as part of the town centre redevelopment project. In the meantime the council is actively looking at options for the building’s under-utilised space.
