A MAN has been caught speeding in Andover just a day after he passed his driving test.
He was caught going over 40mph on Salisbury Road, where the speed limit is 30mph.
He was one of the several drivers caught speeding on Salisbury Road.

Hampshire Road Policing Unit said in a Tweet: “Following concerns raised by you, we conducted some speed enforcement on Salisbury Road in Andover today.
“Thankfully most drivers were adhering to the 30 limit. Sadly, however, tickets issued to several drivers going over 40mph, including one who only passed his test yesterday!”
