ANDOVER'S spectacular Second Sundays market will be taking over the High Street again this weekend.
On Sunday, September 11, 10am to 4pm, will be packed with an array of art, gifts, crafts, fabulous food, drinks and free workshops on offer.
Visitors can browse goods from traders, with everything from vintage clothing to colourful handmade jewellery, fresh flowers and stunning prints.
Familiar faces will also be returning to the popular event, selling a range of quality gifts including wax melts, picture-perfect floral displays and scrumptious cakes.

And visitors will be able to fuel their shopping trip with delicious sushi from Rice and Roll, tuck into super tasty souvlaki wrapped in a handmade pitta bread from John the Greek, or check out Choppers with their authentic chopped cheese sandwiches and transport your taste buds to New York.
Andover’s seating area, Alfresco Andover, will also be popping up in front of the Guildhall so everyone can relax, enjoy the weather, eat good food and listen to the DJ’s set featuring a mix of hip hop, soul and reggae.
In addition to the market stalls, visitors will have the opportunity to take part in two specially curated workshops. Little ones and grownups alike can try their hand at a spot of hoola hooping with the return of Mrs B’s Hula Skoola, or release their inner artists and create some colourful characters through collagraph printing with local artist Katt Grover. There’s no need to book for the free workshops, anyone wishing to take part can just drop in anytime between 10am-4pm.
The growing monthly market, which launched in June, has been developed by HemingwayDesign, on behalf of Test Valley Borough Council.

Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, Cllr Phil North, said: “We have already had so many amazing local traders at Second Sundays, and this month is no exception. Hopefully we’ll have the weather on our side this weekend, as the past couple of markets have been on some of the hottest days of the year. It’s a great chance to browse the amazing gifts and goodies on offer, grab a bite to eat, enjoy a coffee or a tipple or two and relax with some brilliant music and fantastic company.”
