- Donovan has admitting to the manslaughter of John William Carroll , an employee at Tesco's in Andover
- Donovan assaulted Mr Carroll on July 29, 2021. He was taken to hospital where his injuries were described as "life-changing at best, life-threatening at worst".
- Mr Carroll died on August 10
