A BOOK of condolence has been opened at The Lights theatre in Andover to allow residents to pay their respects to the Queen.
The Queen, who reigned for 70 years, died "peacefully" last week. She was Britain's longest reigning monarch.
Buckingham Palace reported that “the Queen died peacefully at Balmoral".

Since the news people all over the world have been left in shock at the sad news of her death, with many wanting to pay their pay respects and say thank you for her lifetime of dedication.
Books of condolences have since been opened in Test Valley, including at the Andover theatre.
The book is currently open in the foyer area of the theatre.

During the period of mourning the book of condolence will be open every day from 9am to 6pm, and will remain open until 5pm on the day following the funeral.
A digital book of condolence will also be available on the Royal website.
