BIN collections, council services, parking and businesses have all been impacted by the bank holiday.
All bin collections under the Test Valley Borough Council will be pushed back a day on the week starting Monday, September 19 to honour the bank holiday for the Queen’s funeral.
As a result, a special Saturday collection will be included to accommodate those who have their bins taken on a Friday.
