POLICE are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious road traffic collision in Whitchurch.
The collision involved a silver Mercedes SL320 and a 11-year-old pedestrian boy on Newbury Road, near Station Road.
According to police it happened at 4.30pm on Wednesday, September 14.
The boy sustained serious injuries and was taken to Southampton General Hospital.
Officers have launched an investigation, but are now appealing to the public for help.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “Were you in the area at the time? Did you witness the collision, or the moments leading up to it?
“Do you have any dash-cam footage or CCTV images that could help our investigation?
