AN ANDOVER man has been fined for keeping an unlicensed vehicle.
Nigel Andrew Jones, of Martin Way, kept a white Renault on the road on January 7 when the previous licence had expired on November 30, last year.
The 50-year-old was fined £153 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £45.87.
He was also ordered to pay £85 court costs.
