OFFICERS have launched an investigation following a report of rape in Andover.
According to police, a 20-year-old man was raped by two men unknown to him.
The incident happened between 11pm and 11.59pm on Tuesday, October 4, next to Domino’s Pizza on Savoy Close. The men then assaulted the victim.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “Sometime between 11pm and 11.59pm on Tuesday, 4th October, a 20-year-old man was walking up an alleyway, next to Domino’s Pizza on Savoy Close, when he was approached by two men unknown to him.
“The men then assaulted the victim.
“The victim is being supported by specialist officers.
“Officers will be in the area today carrying out enquiries, including CCTV. If you have any concerns or information please don’t hesitate to speak to them.”
