AN INDUSTRIAL development by Test Valley Borough Council and Kier Property is now fully let.
The development Blueprint on Walworth Business Park in Andover is now occupied by Custom Interconnect Ltd and Amasis Ltd.
Since 2011, Kier has managed the park in partnership with the borough council and construction commenced of its most recent development, known as Blueprint, in April 2021.
Blueprint is the third major redevelopment undertaken by the partnership, which comprises two high-quality industrial units totalling 62,00 sqft.

Unit 1 is let to Amasis Ltd, a manufacturing company and totals 27,780sqft and unit 2 is let to Custom Interconnect, which has a proven track record in the manufacturing of electronics and will utilise the space totalling 34,000sqft
Managing partner of Keir Property Leigh Thomas said: "These two occupiers decided to base themselves at Walworth Park because of its great location, connectivity and strong list of existing occupiers. Placing both units under offer prior to PC is testament to the strength of the market, the lack of supply and Kier’s proven delivery of high-quality industrial units.”
Leader of Test Valley Borough Council and regeneration portfolio holder, Cllr Phil North, said: “I’m incredibly pleased that Walworth Business Park has been able to attract two new occupiers, including one local business. This underpins the attractiveness of Andover as a fantastic and competitively priced place for industrial, logistics and commercial occupiers. Our partnership with Kier Property has delivered the product required as part of our strategic public/private joint venture.”

Dan Rawlings, director for LSH Southampton office, added: “We are delighted to have brought forward another speculative industrial / warehouse scheme to Andover with Kier and Test Valley Borough Council, especially at a time where Andover and the wider region are suffering from a severe lack of supply.”
Logistics City, Andover, will be the next phase of development on the Walworth Business Park; the circa 27-acre site currently benefits from an outline planning consent for up to 487,000 sqft. Design and build opportunities are available.
Kier Property, on Blueprint is advised by Shaun Rogerson and Simon Woodruff of JLL and Dan Rawlings and Luke Mort of LSH.
