A DRIVING school in Andover participated in the BBC Children in Need’s Big Learner Relay.
Amiee-Lou's Driving school, based in Andover took part in the relay on Wednesday, November 16.
The annual event involves hundreds of driving instructors and pupils raising money for BBC Children in Need.
The fundraiser involves relaying a Pudsey top box – the kind that instructors use to advertise on top of their cars - from one driving lesson to the next, over 3,000 miles around the UK in just 12 days, beginning in Aberdeen to Goodwood motor circuit.

Aimee Cook, from the driving school, said: "We welcomed the lead car driven by Luci from Salisbury School of Motoring and MBM Driving school in Asda in Andover where Paula (from Aimee Lou’s Driving School) and her student Carrie took over as lead car to convoy the Pudsey head board along with Lou Walsh (who is the brains behind The Big Learner Relay) from Andover to Marwell Zoo to meet with the next lot of driving instructors."
The convoy took place over a two-week period finishing on Friday to mark Children in Need, so far it has raised over £21,000 this year.
