AN ANDOVER choir impressed when they performed a range of Christmas songs.
The Mayor of Test Valley Cllr Alan Dowden had a special evening listening to the Middle Wallop and Andover Military Wives Choir at a local charity’s Christmas concert.
The mayor, alongside the mayoress Cllr Celia Dowden, visited St Mary’s Church for Enham Trust’s event.
The choir performed a number of Christmas songs and carols for guests, all to raise money for the charity.
Stories and poems were also performed during the festive-themed evening.

Cllr Alan Dowden, said: “It was wonderful to go along to Enham Trust’s Christmas concert and a pleasure to chat to charity staff and volunteers and all those in attendance.
“The talented Military Wives Choir entertained us with Christmas songs, and carols, interspersed with seasonal stories and poems. It was a great evening of festive fun and the money raised is helping a very worthwhile cause.”
The charity supports disabled people of all ages to live, work and enjoy life to the full, as independently as possible
