A COMMUNITY campaigner has been spreading joy in Andover by passing out ‘thank you jars’ to those making a difference in the town.
Manuela Wahnon, Attitude of Gratitude Campaigner and Advertiser columnist, has travelled around Andover and the wider Test Valley handing out the jars.
Manuela has decorated and personalised more than 200 jars, which are filled with goodies.
The latest recipients were Stagecoach drivers at Andover bus station, and earlier this week the pots were given to staff at New Street Dental Care.
An impromptu ceremony took place at its premises in New Street on Tuesday morning.
Manuela said: “It was an honour and a pleasure to present principal dentist Julian Chen along with manager Clarissa Chen, these little thank yous in recognition of the year-long extraordinary dental care I’ve been given in 2022.”
Others who have received jars include Reverend Jill Bentall, Test Valley Environmental Services, the Adelaide Medical Centre, and Maddox Funeral Directors – to name just some of those who have benefited.
