POLICE have seized a quantity of cannabis following reports of people smoking it in Andover.
Officers from Hampshire Constabulary attended an address on Galahad Close after they were alerted that people were smoking cannabis and playing loud music in a garage on Monday, February 20.
Andover Police took to Twitter to share the news, they posted: "Following reports of people smoking cannabis & playing loud music in the garages of Galahad Close, police attended & located 8 teenagers.

"They were all detained & searched under S23 Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 & the drugs pictured below were seized by police."

A spokesman from Hampshire Constabulary said: "We attended at 6pm yesterday (20 February). A quantity of cannabis was found in the area but not in the possession of the teenagers. No arrests were made"
