A NEW and exciting organisation that supports mental and emotional wellbeing for all whilst working to regenerate wildlife habitats is coming to the Andover area.
The Three Bees Project aims to harness the power of nature and animals in order to support individuals with mental health challenges while offering education that promotes wellbeing for both people and the planet.
Founders Allen Watts, 47, and Helen Watts, 45, live in Andover. They have been working towards launching the project for a number of years, driven by a passion to support their local community.
Allen said: “We believe that by working with nature, people from a wide range of backgrounds can come together to make a big difference for the environment, and each other.”

The first big community project is being launched at the beginning of this month. ‘The Pollinator Pathway’ is set to create a bee-friendly highway that will allow essential pollinating insects to travel across the area, providing food and suitable habitats and hopefully boost numbers of invertebrates in the area, year on year.
It will also be an opportunity to create something with friends, work colleagues, schools or community groups. Allen said: “All people need to do is pledge their plot, whether it’s a small corner of a garden or a much grander affair, then register at thethreebeesproject.org.
"Finally, get together your working party and enjoy some time in the great outdoors doing something good for nature. It really is that simple.”
Full details of the project can be found on the website or on Facebook at thethreebeesproject.
