A DRIVER suffered serious injuries following a single-vehicle collision on the A34.
Police said the collision took place after the car left the northbound carriageway just before the Sutton Scotney services shortly after 3.20pm on Wednesday afternoon, March 1.
The driver is currently being treated for serious injuries.
The northbound carriageway is closed from the Three Maids junction and motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible.
Police currently remain at the scene.
Investigating officers are appealing for any witnesses of the crash.
They are keen to speak to anyone who was on the A34 and saw what happened.
