A STRIP of land in front of a residential street in Thruxton is to be auctioned with a guide price of £20,000 plus.
The 0.07-acre plot at Beech Close is among 139 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, regional land and property auctioneers.
Mike Marchant, a senior auction appraiser with Clive Emson Auctioneers, said: “This unusual strip of freehold land fronts onto Beech Close, a residential street in the attractive Hampshire village of Thruxton, and we anticipate keen interest because of its location.

Clive Emson Auctioneers’ March auction, the second of eight this year, ends on Wednesday, March 22 with bidding opening 48 hours beforehand.
