RESIDENTS in a part of Andover are without power this afternoon (Tuesday, March 28).
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) has reported that people living in the SP11 postcode, including Abbotts Ann, Little Ann and Monxton are without power.
The outage was first reported at 6.18am and is not expected to return until 4.30pm.
SSEN has said that an engineer is currently on site and is working to restore power.
