A MAN has indecently exposed himself to a teenage girl in Andover.
The incident took place sometime between 5.40pm and 6pm on March 21.
The victim, a 14-year-old girl, was walking along the path that leads from London Road to the bridge over the A3093, when she saw a man running in the field next to the path.
He left the field and joined the path. He then made a lewd comment to her before indecently exposing himself. The girl ran away and later reported this incident.

The man is described as white, between 5ft 8ins and 5ft 10ins tall, of skinny build, with blonde hair. He is thought to be aged in his 40s.
He was wearing black trousers, black trainers and a dark brown/dusty black knitted fleece with a half zip at the time of the incident, with a dark grey balaclava scarf on his head that covered his face.
A spokesperson for Hampshire police said: "We are appealing for anyone who has information about what happened to come forward. In particular, we would like to speak to a man and woman who the victim talked to as she crossed the bridge into Picket Twenty. They may have important information that could help our enquiries.
