A DRINK driver has been disqualified from the road for three years.
Michael Field, 32, of Old Micheldever Road, Longparish, was stopped by officers at Forth Court in Andover on March 8, a court heard.
Field was breath-tested and returned an alcohol reading of 52 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath, above the legal limit of 35.
He was also caught with no insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Field admitted the three offences and was fined £450 by magistrates in Aldershot on Tuesday March 28. The 36-month ban will be cut by 36 weeks if he passes an approved course.
