A UNISURED driver from Ludgershall has been fined and handed penalty points after a near-miss collision.
Lewis Jeremy, of Coronation Road, on August 17, last year, drove a Seat Ibiza on the A3057 without due care and attention.
He overtook a van at speed whilst there was an oncoming vehicle, causing the oncoming vehicle to have to brake to avoid a collision.
Jeremy also had no insurance at the time of the incident.
