AN ANDOVER man has been hit with a fine of more than £100 for being drunk and disorderly in the town centre.
Reece Brooks, of Seville Crescent, on November 25, last year, was convicted of being drunk and disorderly in London Street in Andover.
The 29-year-old previously pleaded guilty to the offence on December 12, last year.

During a hearing held at Aldershot Magistrates' Court held on May 10, Brooks was fined £113.
Magistrates also ordered him to pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £53.
