MAGISTRATES have fined an Andover resident who drove a vehicle without a valid driver's licence or insurance.
Gesmir Dauti, of High Street, on January 16, drove a Mercedes on New Street in Andover without a valid licence. The 21-year-old also had no valid insurance.
During a hearing held at Aldershot Magistrates' Court held on May 15. Dauti pleaded guilty to the driving offences.

During the same hearing, magistrates ordered Dauti to pay a fine of £293 and £440 respectively. They also handed Dauti six penalty points.
He was also ordered to pay court costs of £95 and a surcharge fee of £95.
