AN ANDOVER man breached an order banning him from entering Sainsbury’s and stole alcohol from the supermarket.
Jake Hughes, of The Hexagon, entered Sainsbury’s in Shepherds Spring Lane, on March 22, without reasonable excuse, when he was banned from doing so by a criminal behaviour order.
On the same day, the 32-year-old stole £72 worth of alcohol from the shop.
During a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court, Hughes was fined £40 and must complete a Thinking Skills course.
He must also pay £40 court costs and a £110 victim surcharge.
