AN ANDOVER restaurant has been handed a five-star food hygiene rating following a Food Standards Authority inspection.
Light of Asia, in High Street, was given the maximum score after assessment on June 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
The popular restaurant was ranked very good in hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety.

The restaurant wrote on its social media channel: “We are proud to announce - 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating given to us this week.”
This means 69 restaurants, cafes and canteens have a five-star hygiene rating in SP10 postcode.
In total, there are 138 places with five-star ratings in Test Valley.
Seven places in SP10 postcode have four stars, three have four stars, one has two stars, one has one star and none has zero stars.
