TWO men have been ordered to pay after they were caught drink driving.
Both individuals were sentenced at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on Friday June 16, after pleading guilty to the offences.
James Mercer, 48, of Tisbury Row, was arrested on May 12 in The Avenue where he failed a roadside breath test.
He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £160, and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £64 surcharge.
Meanwhile, Timothy Gardner, 53, of Becketts Lane, Chilmark, was arrested on May 13 in Chilmark Road after he also failed a roadside breath test.
Magistrates disqualified Gardner from driving for 12 months, fined him £300 and ordered him to pay a surcharge of £120.
