A WOMAN charged with murder following the death of a man in Andover has appeared in court for the second time.
Winter Swan-Miller, 36, of no fixed abode, has been charged with the murder of Stuart Maxwell Crocker, 62, of New Street in Andover.
The body of Mr Crocker was found just before midday on Wednesday, June 28, with police officers and forensic teams arriving on the scene on Thursday, June 29.
On Wednesday, July 5 she appeared at Winchester Crown Court. She had previously appeared before Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 4.

She spoke only to confirm her name when she appeared inside the dock wearing a light grey jumper.
Mr Crocker's family have paid tribute following news of his death.
They said: “He lived his life the way he wanted to, and no one had the right to take that away from him. May he rest in peace.”
Police said that his family continues to be supported by specialist officers.
Detective chief inspector Rod Kenny said: “We understand Stuart’s death will come as a shock to the community and those that knew him.
“If you knew Stuart and believe you have information that may assist the enquiry, we would encourage you to come forward and share that information.
“We continue to appeal to the wider public for any information that may be relevant to our investigation.”

A 43-year-old man from Aldridge was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the incident.
He has been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
Swan-Miller is expected to enter a plea at the same court on Wednesday, October 11.
During the hearing provisional trial dates were also set for either December 11 at Winchester Crown Court or January 12 or 22 at Salisbury Crown Court.
The trial would be expected to last seven to eight days.
She will be remanded back into custody until the next hearing.
