AN Andover drug driver has been banned from getting behind the wheel for a year.
Kestutis Radavicius, of Leicester Place, on February 11 drove a Mercedes Index in Rooksbury car park with 3.7ug/L of cannabis in his blood. The legal limit is two.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on July 13, the 40-year-old pleaded guilty to the driving offence.

Magistrates disqualified him from driving for 12 months and ordered him to pay a fine of £300.
Radavicius must also pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £120.
