AN Andover driver has been handed penalty points for speeding.
Aaron Hobbs, of Hawthorn Avenue, on April 5, last year, drove a Volkswagen on the A3024, Maybray King Way in Southampton exceeding the 30 miles per hour speed limit.
During a hearing at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on July 12, the 46-year-old was found guilty of the offence.

Magistrates handed him three penalty points and ordered him to pay a fine of £60.
He must also pay court costs of £150 and a surcharge fee of £34.
