A MAN from Ludgershall has been ordered to comply with a community order and complete unpaid work after touching a woman without consent.
Luke Baird, of Pocock Close, on April 23, last year, in Andover touched the woman sexually without her consent.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court, the 27-year-old was sentenced for the offence.

Magistrates ordered Baird to comply with a community order with a rehabilitation requirement for 40 days.
He must also complete 300 hours of unpaid work and magistrates put him on the sex offenders list for five years and put in place a restraining order, forbidding him from contacting the victim.
Magistrates also ordered him to pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £95.
