A RADIO station in Ludgershall hosted a special 'Menopause Monday' segment featuring Claire Hattrick, an author and executive menopause coach hailing from Andover.
The insightful session, hosted by Castledown FM's Chris Jackson on his popular Alternative 80s radio show, aimed to raise awareness about menopause and provide valuable support to women going through this phase.
Claire Hattrick's journey through menopause was marked by distressing and debilitating symptoms.

However, instead of merely enduring the challenges, she took a proactive approach and turned her experiences into an opportunity to help others facing similar struggles.
Chris applauded Claire's resilience and dedication to creating a service that offers support to women dealing with menopause.
Chris said: "It was great to learn all about Menopause from a man’s perspective too as it can put strains on relationships said Chris and with great followings and endorsements from celebrities and the national press.
"Claire really is making a big difference for people. Claire spoke so well to all the listeners and went through her book, questions and chose her favourite records from the 80s the two hours on the show went far too quickly."
