OVER 1,000 reports of potholes on roads in Andover town were received by Hampshire County Council in just three years, with one road being reported almost 90 times in that time period.
A freedom of information request (FOI) submitted to the county council by the Advertiser revealed all the roads in Andover town that have had potholes reported from 2020 to 2022.
The data is only for roads actually in Andover town, and do not include reported potholes from across the Test Valley borough.
This comes as road users in Test Valley have expressed concerns regarding the current condition of roads, with many potholes said to have got 'considerably worse' within the last 18 months.

from 2020 to 2022, 1,365 potholes were reported on roads in Andover - although the figures provided relate to carriageway potholes only.
The data does not reflect individual potholes as there might have been multiple reports of a single pothole.
The three worst roads in Andover were Vigo Road, which had 62 reports of potholes between 2020 and 2022. 67 potholes were reported on London Road, while the road with the most reported potholes in Andover town was Northern Avenue with 83.
