A PREVIOUS award winner has been announced as the new compere for the Pride of Andover Awards 2023 ceremony.
Dmitrijs Meiksans will take over as compere after Luis Wyatt is unable to attend following a move up north to join national ration station Gaydio.
Dmitrijs, winner of the Young Person of the Year Award in 2021, said: “I am so delighted to be the compere for the Pride of Andover Awards this year alongside our presenter Jordan Wylie.
“I've got big shoes to fill in the absence of the incredible Luis Wyatt, but I am looking forward to doing the town proud, as we recognise its incredible residents in October at the awards ceremony.”
