AN Andover man has pleaded not guilty to making 16 indecent photographs of a child.
Timothy Head, of Lapstone Crescent, appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday, August 16
During the hearing, he entered not guilty pleas to three charges of making indecent photographs of a child including five Category C images, six Category B and five Category A.
The 45-year-old also entered not guilty pleas to two charges of intentionally arranging or facilitating an act which he intended to do, namely engaging in sexual activity with a child.
All of the offences took place between August 22, 2011 and April 27, 2021.
A trial will take place on January 8 next year at the same court.
He will remain on bail until the next hearing.
