CHEF and owner of a pub near Andover that closed its doors last week has pleaded guilty to charges of stalking and harassment.
David Watts, 43, who lived at the Crown Inn in Upton, appeared before Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Monday, September 4, and pleaded guilty to stalking a woman which amounted to harassment.
He was accused of attending the victim’s location unannounced on numerous occasions, tampering with her CCTV and messaging her regarding her movements which was unwanted.
Watts represented himself. He will be sentenced at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, October 17.
