A resident in Andover said they have been left angered at the lack of police action after their home CCTV footage captured the moment their car was damaged during the early hours of the morning.
The footage from one of the house cameras appears to show a man leaning out of a vehicle and towards the car, with something in his hand.
After inspecting the footage and checking the vehicle, the resident, who has asked to remain anonymous for fear of repeat attacks, found the side of his car was scratched.
He added that he had been quoted close to £2,000 to get the damage repaired.

After reporting the matter to police, he was left dismayed when he was told the investigation had been shelved.
He has now spoken to the Advertiser and released the CCTV in a bid to stop the same thing happening to others.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "We were called on August 17 to a report of criminal damage that had taken place at approximately 2am on August 12 on Dell Road in Andover.
"It was reported that a car had been keyed.
"We have reviewed the report and it has currently been filed pending further lines of enquiry becoming available."
